Define the path to FF
Inventory Pro. Once this is complete you're ready to produce
invoices!
To access the
invoice menu options in Contact Plus Professional, click on
the Activities menu. From here you can add a new invoice,
view invoices, and launch FF Inventory
Pro.
When you
choose to add an invoice Contact Plus Professional will
launch FF Inventory Pro with the contact information from
your current record. All you need to is complete the items
purchased and amount paid and then
print.
In Contact Plus
Professional the sales transaction is recorded in the
contact's Events. This means that you immediately have
record of all sales made to a customer right in with the
other historical data - letters sent, meetings, phone calls,
and email.
This is an
example of a completed sale. This sales transaction is
recorded in Contact Plus history on the Events
tab.
Plus you can view
informative graphs of sales and quotes for this contact or
any other on the Chart option at the bottom of the event
screen. With Contact Plus Professional's Reports Feature you
may print sales reports, graphs, and hundreds of other
useful statistics on your
sales.
