E-mail Harvester can check email using a POP account or your
MAPI compliant email program. For a POP account, specify what the
settings are. Alternatively you may use your MAPI compliant email
program (such as Microsoft Outlook and Eudora Pro)to retrieve the
email and then use Email Harvester after you've retrieved the mail
into the inbox. Then you would simply mark the desired message(s)
in the Inbox as "Unread."
