Question Title Restore Web Cal Plus
How do I restore a webcal calendar that has been backed up? Thanks

--

There is a small utility program entitled wbackup.exe that comes with Web Cal Plus.  If you can double click on the utility program located in the Web Cal Plus folder then you'll be able to restore the files that were created during the backup process.

Or, you can simply startup Web Cal Plus and immediately exit.  You should be prompted to run the backup procedure.  Answer YES and then you'll be at the prompt to both backup and restore your data.

The backup files are simply stored in and industry standard ZIP format which means that you can use a variety of programs such as WinZip to extract the compressed files.  They will need to be extracted into the Web Cal Plus data folder and you'll need to make sure and allow the WinZip program to create sub-folders or extract into subfolders.
